Greulich's Automotive Repair

I recently had to get my vehicle towed to this Greulich’s location. This was the best experience I have had with an automotive repair shop in a long time. The staff, Monte, Reza and John were so helpful and thorough assisting with all my needs for my vehicle and also very friendly. I had my car towed there on a Saturday and was called on Monday that the repairs were complete and I was also was very informed about the hoses that need d replacing and all that needed to be done before they started. I was very satisfied with the whole process and I will be utilizing this repair shop for all of my future repairs and referring friends and family.

These guys were very fair and honest. I called a different place first and was quoted $1,100 to change out my CV axle which I had already bought the part for so it really was just the labor that I needed. Then I decided I would try one more place which turned out to be Greulichs on Alma School in Chandler and they quoted me $265 and let me drop my car off right away and had it ready for me the next morning. There was no upselling or extra hidden charges. I'm super impressed with my experience here and will be returning anytime I need anything done to my vehicles.

I chose Greulich’s after a family member had extensive work done on their vehicle and spoke very highly of their experience. I’m glad I did, because mine was just as positive. From the moment I walked in to inquire about services, I was impressed. Reza took the time to listen to my concerns, ask questions and even reviewed my vehicle’s maintenance history. He explained each recommended service, why it was needed and answered my questions without making me feel pressured. He also pointed out maintenance I’d need in the near future but didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. This type of honesty is rare in the auto repair industry. Reza kept me updated on the progress of the work throughout the process. The pricing was fair for the quality provided. I also appreciate that Greulich’s reports to Carfax, ensuring my vehicle’s service history stays documented. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I’d recommend Greulich’s to anyone looking for honest, professional and reliable auto maintenance services.

Mr McCrite and crew were awesome! I limped my vehicle in with a screw in the tire. Tread to low to plug but offered to put air in to get me going. Offered super deal on a 2 for 2 Kumho tires. Promptly located tires at another store and had them shuttled over. Even offered an Uber instead of waiting in store. I was in and out of store within 2 hours. Once again, thanks for the outstanding and timely customer service. Was a breath of fresh air! Greulich's rocks and I assured them I would send as much business their way as possible. They EARNED it! Thanks again!

The dropping off of the vehicle using the night drop box for keys made delivering the vehicle easy. They kept me informed of the progress. They emailed me the results which included photos and helpful information. My neighbor and I have taken our cars there before and signed up for emails. I used an emailed coupon and saved $50. Fixed A/C unit and oil changed. They made it all easy. Nice guys for sure!
